Homeowner is responsible for a flat lawn large enough to accommodate the unit.

Homeowner is responsible for water & electric hookup 

Homeowner is responsible for food & beverages.

Change of plans?  We have a 48 hour cancellation policy

Severe Weather? (Tornado, Hail, Thunderstorms) we will refund your deposit or work with you to book at the next available slot.

No Pets in or on the Pool Pub

The unit must be on grass, it may not be placed on concrete, patios, driveways, gravel or sand.

No climbing or jumping off the inflated parts.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.  

Any damage caused to the unit during the rental is the renters responsibility.

Pop-up Pool Pub will set up and tear down the unit.  The renter is not to deflate the unit.
